QUESTIONS
WE GET A LOT.

How long does a brand identity project take?+

4–6 weeks for Essential, 8–12 weeks for Standard, 12–24 weeks for Flagship. Timelines depend on review cycles and scope of applications. We give a firm timeline in the proposal.

Do you do logo-only projects?+

Rarely. A logo without a type system, color, and usage guidelines is just a mark — it falls apart the moment you apply it. We strongly recommend at least the Essential tier so the logo is supported.

Who owns the work?+

You do, fully, on final invoice. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio with reasonable notice.

Do you handle trademark filing?+

We do availability checks (US + key international markets) during naming. Actual filing is done by your IP attorney — we coordinate, but we're not lawyers.

What if we hate the first round?+

It's never happened, but: each tier includes one major revision round and three minor rounds. If the first round isn't working, we go back to the brief — not just redraw.
